I arranged for four contractors to do some jobs at my home and took a Wednesday off work. Three turned up, Hugo was the fourth. When I contacted him at 4:30 PM he said he had phoned my landline (there was no message left). He then said he was on another job but could do the work on Saturday morning and would ring me to arrange the time...he never did phone back. I can't comment on his plumbing skills but there is definitely room for improvement regarding his customer service.
Water Craft Plumbing: Hi Kevin, I apologise for not getting back to you on the Saturday due to an emergency job. I also apologise for not leaving a message on your landline- two valuable lessons learned- synchronizing my calendars and leaving messages on answer machines. I am disappointed that I wasn't able to give you the customer service that I am known for and hope that in the future I may be able to make up for this.
Friendly service and very reasonably priced, Hugo did a great job replacing a hard-to-get-at shower diverter. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.
