Payment must be made within 48hours of buying. Your order will be canceled unless later payment is organized via email.

All flask products are engraved to order once a week. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made and shipped.

-=Returns Policy=- Submit all returns/refund requests to us. . Returns for damaged deliveries are accepted within 48hours of delivery confirmation. . Faulty products need to be photographed and emailed within 14 days of delivery confirmation. . General returns must be emailed no later than 7 days after delivery confirmation. . Postage for returns is at the customer's expense. Reimbursement will be provided once the product has been inspected.

-=Refunds / Replacement Policy=- . Astroman will issue a refund once we receive the product and have inspected any faults reported. . Replacements will be supplied with a return bag for faulty or damaged products.
