1. The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damage or faults to the seller by email within 3 days of receiving it. The seller will either replace the product or refund the purchase price if the damage was incurred prior to the buyer receiving it.
2. Photos and other forms of evidence will be requested from the buyer as proof that the damage/fault is genuine.
3. Tax invoices will be required as proof of purchase.
