Description
Bulgaria produced these mess kits after World War 2 and are very similar in design to the Austro-Hungarian design of the M1899. Most definitely of vintage design, these offer a unique bit of lesser known history as well as practicality.
The kit is simple - a bowl with a top 'lid' that sits snuggly inside the top while in transit. Additionally you could cook some soup in the bowl with the lid on while heating a bit of bread on top of the lid. Come time to serve up your hot meal, you can continue using the lid as a extra plate or shallow bowl.
A must have bit of kit for your next camping or hunting trip out in the wild.
Features:
- Bulgarian Army surplus
- Bowl & 'plate' combination
- Lid can also be used as a plate
- Side D-ring for additional mounting options
- Aluminum material
Dimensions: Approx 9.4cm H x 16cm W diameter (packed together) Weight: 0.23kg Material: Stainless steel Condition: Used/Good - Item is well used. There may be marks/stains/scratches/dents or repairs, but it is still in functioning order. If you want more information on our condition ratings, check out our condition guide
