Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase under the following conditions:

1. Item must be unworn and returned in the exact same condition it was sent, including all the original packaging *Please note that garments which smell strongly of cigarette smoke, body odour or are stained with make-up, are not considered to be in “as sent” condition and are unable to be accepted as a return. *Please also note that for hygiene reasons, returns are unable to be accepted for lingerie or other intimate-wear so please choose these types of items carefully!
2. The postage cost for the returned item is met by the customer. In the rare instance where a faulty item is received, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a resolution. I reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions or you do not accept these terms.
