This is an Ab Circle Pro machine, apparently for working on abdominal muscles.

The unit is mostly complete, however the display is missing part of its casing so it does not stay attached. Also the battery compartment is badly corroded so no contact can be made with fresh batteries. As such it is probably best for use as spare parts or as a repair project.
