We will replace or exchange if:
* Item is defective
* Item is incorrectly described in the auction listing
If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund.

We will not refund if:
* You simply "change your mind"
* Item was "not what you expected it to be" or "not what you imagined it to be". (We may exchange at our discretion)
Please ask question before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition accompanied by the original invoice. All courier charges are non-refundable.

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is. We will contact you within 2 working days with the procedure to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems.
