Store Policies

Shipping Information:

Orders will be dispatched within one working day of cleared payment (excluding weekends & public holidays in the UK) this time can vary during periods of peak trading.

Standard shipping services on average take between 7-12 working days to arrive in New Zealand but our carrier asks for up to 25 working days to be given during peak trading and busy periods.

If your order has not arrived after the 25 working day period please email us at sales@outdoorlook.co.uk quoting your order number and our customer services team will reply and resolve the issue.

Royal Mail International (7-10 Days)$9.99   We use Royal Mail International Priority

Return Information:

In the event that you need to return any products purchased from us, please can you return the item/s to the address on the contacts page along with the enclosed invoice / delivery note.  Upon receipt we will aim to refund your returned order within 3-4 business days back to the same payment method as used on the initial purchase. We will email confirmation of this refund when processed.

Exchanging Goods Information:

If you would like to exchange goods purchased from Outdoor Look, please re order back through Trade Me and send the un wanted items back to our warehouse in the UK

Faulty goods Information:

In the unlikely event an order arrives damaged or an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please first email us at sales@outdoorlook.co.uk with your order details and an image of the faulty product clearly showing the fault.  We will then look to resolve this faulty item at distance without the need to return the product to us, this is our preferred option but on some occasions faulty items may need to be returned to us in the UK and we will advise you of this at the time of communication.
