Plumbline Outlet is an online store set up to sell end-of-line, seconds, ex-display, samples and excess bathroom products from the Plumbline range. Due to the nature of our wholesale business we get a lot of products in these categories which need to be cleared to make way for new stock so our loss is your gain.
New products are uploaded regularly so keep an eye on our listings or better still, save us as a favorite so you are first to know about our top quality products at give-away prices.  Products that are commonly listed include bathroom furniture & vanities, vitreous china washbasins, toilets & bidets, bathroom tapware (including basin mixers, shower mixers, kitchen tapware, taps & spouts), showers (including slide showers, rainheads & roses), baths, bathroom accessories, butler sinks, plumbing products and more.

Store Policies

The only method of payment we accept is credit card via ‘Pay Now’. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of order and payment. (Monday – Friday).
GST Tax Invoices:
A GST Invoice will be provided with every sale.
We use Post Haste & Castle Parcels courier services for all smaller items (such as taps and small basins) and can provide a Track and Trace number if required, on request. Products that are sent via this courier service will have freight costs shown on the auction and these need to be paid at time of purchase. Allow 3-5 days for courier deliveries.
For larger fragile items, we ship via specialist fragile freight services and due to the variables in location, size and weights throughout NZ we will provide a freight quote based on your specific delivery address and charge the freight separate to the sale of the product. Allow 5-7 days for fragile freight deliveries.
If we are delivering to a business address please ensure you give us the name of your business, and please remember we are unable to courier to PO. Boxes.
GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET. If there is a broken item please record the damage on delivery docket so we can make a claim on our freight company. Failure to do so and/or lodging a claim for broken goods after 24 hours of delivery will result in the claim being rejected.
Unless stated on the auction all items can be collected from our Wellington warehouse however you must book a time for collection so our dispatch team can get your order ready for collection. Some orders may require several hours to prepare so failure to book a pickup time may mean you will need to come back at a later date to collect your order.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees ACT to provide a remedy.

Emails & Questions:
We will endeavor to respond to any emails and questions same day except for the weekends.
Unless otherwise stated, all goods come with a 12 month warranty against defective parts and workmanship. Goods which are proven to be defective within the stated warranty period from the date of despatch will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Plumbline reserve the right to assess, repair, replace or service any warranty claims as they see fit.
Some items such as seconds or ex displays may be sold in ‘as is where is’ condition in which case no warranty applies.
The above warranties are upheld providing the products have been used for normal domestic use only and exclude any defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or other alterations or modifications which affect the reliability or performance of the item not attributed to faulty manufacture. The above warranties do not apply to the replacement of products where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, the water pressure is outside the recommended levels, where the hot water temperature exceeds 55°C or where the warranty claim has not been notified to Plumbline within ninety (90) days of the problem first appearing. The above warranties do not include consequential loss or damage due to the product.
An invoice/packing slip is to be presented for all warranty claims.
