Please note bank deposit/Internet banking payments made over the weekend do not clear into our bank account till Tuesday morning. Also delays are to be expected with public holidays.

Prices are including GST and a tax invoice will be provided with all purchased & must be retained for warranty purposes.

Delivery

As we are an online company we do not offer pick ups or drop offs, We will ensure your products are dispatched on the next available courier after payment has been received. We mainly use NZ Couriers who collect Monday to Fridays only, delivery timeframe is 1-2 working days in the North Island, 2-3 working days in the South Island. For Rural Delivery please add an extra 1-2 days to the delivery timeframes, rural deliveries are usually contracted to a third party to deliver.

Damage in Transit

All items must be inspected within 2 days of receiving and any damage must be reported to us immediately with photos.

Emails

An email is sent once goods have been dispatched with the tracking number, if you don’t receive an email please check your spam/junk email box.

The warranty timeframe will be stated in the auction, Warranty covers failure due to manufacturers defect in parts or assembly.

Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, weather damage such as power spikes/surges and abuse/modifications of the product or requiring the product to work beyond its duty point.

Warranty will also be void if the customer dismantles the pump. The warranty is only applicable if the pump has been used for the correct application and within all operating instructions and performance expectations are detailed in the auction and in the user manual.

In the unlikely event that a problem should occur all products must be returned to base at customers cost, we will either repair the product or replace at our discretion.
