Please read auction carefully. The sizing of the items will be listed in the auction if I am unsure of what size they are. If you have any questions about the sizing of the item then PLEASE ASK!

Please select colour choice upon winning auction where applicable. If you do not let me know what colour you would like a random colour will be sent.

I use NZ Parcel Post which is NOT a courier service. It is standard post using a prepaid postage bag.

New Zealand Post will not accept a claim for a missing package until it has reached 10 days from posting. An email will be sent to you to advise when the item has been sent. Until the 10 days is up I am not able to do anything.

Refunds will only be issued if the product is defective. Proof will be required. Any damages that occur due to posting will be dealt with through New Zealand Post.

Due to my schedule I will only be posting on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For your item to be sent on these days your payment will need to be in my account the evening prior. If it is not then it will be posted on the following postage day.

All sales must be completed within 10 days of the auction closing.
