Released in 2009. 878 pieces, 5 minifigs. Includes building under construction, crane, truck, digger, and elevator.

100% genuine Lego pieces. All pieces are in excellent condition - this set was assembled once then put away (not even displayed) and then assembled again by me to check for completeness. Includes partially unused sticker sheet - those that have been applied are well placed.

100% complete, including original minifigs, instructions, and box. Hard to find in this condition.
