Wonderworld is a strong advocate of protecting the environment. Wonderworld insists on using rubber-wood, an environmentally friendly, renewable resource. Rubber-wood is harvested as by-product from the culling of rubber trees that are in excess of 25 years of age. These trees no longer produce latex for commercial applications are cut down in order for new rubber trees to be planted. Not only is there no deforestation but every part of the tree is employed to its maximum use.

COMBINED SHIPPING

• First item is charged at normal shipping rate. Any additional product is charged at ADD-on rate.
• Multiple quantity of the same product will be charged one shipping cost only.
• The ADD-on rate is for any additional product purchased at the same time.

SHIPMENT

• We aim to ship items as soon as possible which could be on the same or next day depending on the time of purchase and courier pick-up time. In very rare cases, it might take a day or so extra where items are transferred from one storage to another.
• A link to courier tracking details will be automatically emailed after the item is collected by courier
• All shipments are sent 'No Signature Required' unless request is made for 'Signature' when purchasing

PAYMENT

• Payment made when purchasing on Trade Me is cleared immediately.
• Where payment is done by bank / electronic transfer, we will need to see the payment in our bank account prior to dispatch.
