We are NZ owners of this 2 bdrm Hilton Apt on the 22nd Floor Ocean views in the Boulevard Tower in the HILTON Resort in Surfers Paradise.

Sleeps up to 6 persons (Fold up bed supplied at extra charge)

200 metres to the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets all within easy walking distance.

Light Rail system stops right outside the resort.

Living Room Dining table & 6 chairs. New leather lounge suite with 2 recliners, 2 chairs, new 58 inch smart TV, DVD player and a wide range of Foxtel channels & Netflix. Free in room Wi-Fi is included.

Balcony Outdoor table and chairs, 2 sun loungers to enjoy the ocean views. Beautiful Sunrise from the balcony in the winter months

Master bedroom with ensuite (shower) 1 x king bed (linen supplied) 50in TV netflix

2nd bedroom separate bathroom (shower over bath) 2 x single beds can be made into King bed if required (linen supplied)
