Period available : Check in on Friday 19 January no earlier than 3.30 p.m. and check out no later than 9.30 a.m. on 26 January 2018.

The Village Resort is a lovely place to stay, its within walking distance to the Taupo town centre (about 8 minutes) and over the road from the lake.

The Village Resort is located on the corner of Tui Street and Lake Terrace, Taupo. .

The apartment is/has :

• located on ground floor
• Fresh towels/bed linen etc ready for use;
• 1 bedroom with queen sized bed
• Lounge has two double bed settees
• fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher/microwave etc
• open plan dining room/lounge
• WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
• has outdoor table and chairs on patio which is quite private;
• the grounds are beautifully landscaped with trees and flowers.
• Sky TV in lounge and bedroom;
• nicely furnished;
• has everything you need.

The Resort has:

• free tennis court/use of tennis racquets
• free bikes and helmets
• Heated indoor swimming pool
• outdoor swimming pool;
• BBQ area
• Games room with pool table and table tennis table.
• spa house
• Owner's lounge with TV and magnificent view of Lake Taupo over the road from the lake.
• adventure playground for kids.

My apologies for the lack of good photos - lounge photo only shows half of lounge; bedroom photo also only half of area - as it has a lovely window alcove which I like to sit in with speckled sun - overlooking tall camellia bushes (from memory) plus playground and quietly read a book!

Note: This auction is for NZ residents only (i.e. not overseas tourists) as we will need proof of NZ residency, photo ID etc.

Note: second photo shows view from the front of the Resort, not from the apartment. Our apartment is in a quiet area at the back of the Resort.
