This auction is to use our fully-self contained 2 bed time-share apartment for up to 6 people for 7 nights starting on Saturday 31 March 2018.

Grab this quick as you won't find an offer like this too often. I'm just looking to recover my annual levy - hence the ridiculously low buy now price. I'll even show you my levy notice to prove it!

Overseas work commitments means I won't use my luxury time-share week at Club Paihia, so my loss is your gain.

Do the maths - for $140 night ($23 per person), you and 5 family or friends can enjoy luxury in Paihia. The local budget backpackers charge more than that!

There won't be many LUXURY 2-bedroom apartments available during Easter for such a crazy price. Search the internet - most charge a MINIMUM of $300 PER night for the similar 2 bedroom apartments at the same time of year.

I'll accept a 50% deposit to secure your booking and the balance paid in 2 equal instalments on 31 Jan 2018 and 28 Feb 2018

Set on the side of a hill amid six-and-a-half acres of beautiful native bush, Club Paihia offers a great place to enjoy the attractions of the magnificent Bay of Islands. On the resort there is an excellent selection of on-site recreational facilities including swimming pools, spa pools, barbeques, gymnasium, tennis court, petanque, outdoor chess, bicycles, and bush-walking track incorporating a magnificent orchid house. The owners' lounge building contains a library, restaurant and tour booking kiosk.
