Bullswool Farm is in the Karangahake Gorge, near Paeroa.

We offer an unforgettable hands-on rural experience, set in beautiful farmland. Follow the walking tracks and get up close to our many rare-breed farm animals. All are friendly and can be handfed.

We have: emus, llamas, alpaca, deer, ducks, chickens, rabbits, turkeys, pheasants, miniature horses, donkeys, miniature cattle, paint horses, miniature goats, coloured sheep, kunekune pigs.

Unique play areas have handcrafted structures designed and built by an award-winning sculptor, that delight children of all ages.

Admission to our Native Bird Reserve and Gold & Kauri Museum is included in pass.

Our usual entry fee is $15 for adults and $10 for children (aged 2yrs - 17yrs).
