Price is non-negotiable. It covers exactly what I paid for it, the auction success fee, and no more. I'm prepared to sit on it until it sells.

There is a form filling process involved in the transfer of ownership, which I'll clarify when/if it sells. It may involve a joint trip to one of the RAL offices.
