Based on a story by Philip K. Dick, the legendary science fiction writer whose books have inspired Blade Runner and Minority Report. The year is 2079. Earth has been at war with an unstoppable alien force for over a decade and cloning, memory manipulation, genetic engineering, implanted simcodes and 24/7 surveillance are part of everyday life. But one man has made a technological breakthrough that could save the world from imminent apocalypse - Spencer Olham (Gary Sinise). But suddenly, Olham is accused of being an impostor- an alien spy in the guise of a simulated human; and mercenary operator D.H. Hathaway (Vincent D'Onofrio) believes this cyborg must be hunted down and destroyed.
