Quiet, well-intentioned high school senior Kazuki gets euchred into creating a comic by his friend Taishi, who envisions a worldwide empire of doujinshi - with himself as emperor.Kazuki pays a price for this new interest: the time he spends on his comic infuriates his girlfriend Mizuki, and the fan conventions expose him to all sorts of weirdoes.
