Please retain your GST Reciept as proof of purchase as this will be required at the time you claim warranty. Return postage for faulty items is the responsibility of the Buyer with no exceptions(RTB Warranty). Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a $35 as inspection fees plus of as customer you want them to get repaired will be informed the cost of repair and necessary repairs will be done after agreed. The warranty will be applied on the manufacturer defect only, not for user's misuse, or any software alteration or third party applications. Refund Policy: Please make your selections carefully as we are unable to exchange or refund due to a change of mind, so please contact us if you are unclear about a certain product advertised on our site. However, we will meet the requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) to provide a remedy should a product be faulty upon purchase or does not meet its description.
