TERMS & CONDITIONS: • A replacement is given if the customer received a faulty product, the customer is required to notify us within 48 hours after receiving and return it to us within 7 days. The returned products, accessories and packaging must be in unmarked and original condition as it was sent out to the customer. • Above $10 selling price item carry a return-to-base warranty of 30 days (unless stated in the auction) against manufacturer’s defects, but not physical damages due to the customer’s carelessness. • Buyer is liable to send faulty items to us. The replacement or repaired items will be sent back to the buyer at buyers cost if the auction sale price was $10 or less. • Postages are non-refundable in any cases! • We do not refund the item if it was not to your expectation, or you changed your mind.
