We have a 7 day return to base warranty on most of our items (stated on auctions) So if an items hardware fails for some reason within 7 days of purchase, we will fix, offer a replacement, or a refund if no replacement is available. Return postage is non-refundable. Warranty does not cover software issues if you have installed these yourself. We do not supply any discs or software. If you are installing your own operating system, please be sure to download and install the appropriate drivers required.

Any returns made after the 7 days will incur a cost so please check your items as soon as possible. Battery life is NOT covered under warranty. Please keep in mind that with second hand IT equipment, we cannot guarantee items will last any given length of time as our gear is ex-lease, age and history unknown. We do not have a change of mind policy in place so please be sure before bidding. By bidding on our auctions, you are agreeing to these terms.
