I own a certified (OFNZ) organic commercial orchard in Horowhenua. Therefore, all plants/trees I list are grown on an organic natural basis in a healthy living garden environment. I dont use strong chemical based residual sprays. I don't use weedkiller sprays around the plants/trees either. If there is a need to spray (no issues, no spray) I only use organic certified sprays. I'm also a certified commercial organic sourdough baker providing small runs of organic hand made sourdough.

"He tina ki runga, he tamore ki raro" In order to flourish above, one must be firmly rooted below. Look after your soil health, everything follows from there. Healthy soil, healthy plants/trees/fruit/produce. Your soil is a living culture, so always think ... Is what I am applying to the soil beneficial to the natural living soil culture? Think of your soil like its a yoghurt. You always want to enhance the culture, not weaken or kill it.
