You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 14 days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging(Do not stick address labels or courier labels directly on packaging). Delivery charges are non-refundable. If the products are damaged or has manufacturing faults when they are delivered to you, please email us within 5 days of delivery. and we will arrange to replace the damaged product(s) at no additional cost to you. Replacement or refund will not be process until the returned item is received. Except as expressly set out in these terms of sale and to the extent permitted by law:

All warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded, including without limit, suitability and fitness for purpose; and we will not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses, or indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind, suffered or incurred by you in connection with your purchase of the products.
