 | BUYERS BEWARE: Purchased a brand new cover (sold to us as a second only because of fork-hoist damage) and within 12 months the stitching has completely disintegrated. Contacted Jason and he was completely uninterested in repairing (which according to Consumers Act he should've remedied, even if item was sold as a second). Jason suggested I take the cover to an upholsterer, which I did. Had the cover repaired at my cost and Jason has ignored my request for reimbursement. Cannot speak highly enough of the no nonsense professional service from Jason who has no problem going the extra mile.
