 | Kevin and Joy are awesome to deal with. I purchased several items and it has only taken two days to get to Amberley. They are extremely knowledgeable with what they do and I would be happy to deal with them again and again. I will be recommending them to other motorhomers that require this service. Thanks |

 | $60 to come round and replace a couple of plugs, no improvement to picture, so they say it's my 5 month old 46" LED 3D TV causing the bad reception. They should've checked the aerial was plugged into the TV properly before blaming the TV. Will not use this company again. |
| | Kevin Bryant: I suggest that you do not use any Tradesmen again. $60 for 2 Tradesmen using parts working for an hour is cheap. We tuned your TV Aerial perfectly, and ran new cable and fittings throughout, and then tested at the TV and it was getting perfect signal, so we deduced that it could only be the TV at fault. From what you have written, your partner must have played around with the dongle type input on the TV itself. We could not touch that, as it would void your warranty, and thus was a TV error. |
