 | I purchased a set of Snapon spanners from Superior Hand Tools recently. The sale process was smooth and fast but what really impressed me was the quality of the goods. The spanners I bought were sold as 'Used' and priced accordingly but when I received them I guarantee not one one of them had ever even seen a nut or bolt! They were new!
