Natasha, a young attractive Russian girl, arrives in America with the promise of landing a modelling job...she is met by a man who drives her straight to an abandoned warehouse. Her nightmare is about to begin. There is no modelling job - Natasha will become yet another sex slave in the brutal world of sex trafficking. She hears the other girls stories - witnesses their torment and torrid lives - and decides to escape.

Deemed to be trouble they decide to get rid of her tied and gagged she is driven across the country by an Egyptian transporter who threatens to kill her if she causes problems. Their journey becomes a terrifying yet strangely redeeming passage where one will pay the ultimate sacrifice to finally expose the traffickers plans.
