We understand that its not always a smooth ride so, please keep us informed.
Payment method: Cash, Bank transfer, credit card(via trademe only) All payments are required with 3 days after the auction.
Auction number/s is required for all pick up including courier and freight companies. All items must be picked up within 7 days after the auction.
OVERDUE PAYMENTS and PICK UP
Failure to pay or pick up on time will result in your product being re-list or sold, you will be entitled for a refund if you've paid.
We can arrange delivery and assembly within the Auckland region. We can also arrange delivery to other parts or the country. If not sure about the cost, please email us your address and we will get back to you with a quote.
If you are organising your own pick up, please ensure you have some tie downs and packing items, this also apply to anyone who will pick up on your behalf.
We only provide a refund if we can't repair or replace a product. We will not refund if you simply change your mind.
