About the Store
We are the appointed returns centre for Breville New Zealand including Philips and Kambrook brands. We process all returns which can be faulty, damaged, end of line etc. They are sent to us from around the country, when received stock is assessed anything not repairable or acceptable is disposed of then the balance is put through our workshop. Our Qualified technicians will repair/replace parts & perform electrical safety testing and tagging. Upon completion of refurbishment stock is generally repacked into original packaging to be presented in “as new” condition. All sales carry warranties and are offered at heavily discounted prices. Additional to the small home appliances we now also carry refrigeration, washing machines, microwaves, vacuum cleaners etc. Feel free to drop into our Outlet Centre retail store in Pakuranga, where you will find a huge selection of products with massive savings!
If you have a Breville appliance that you love and it needs some TLC feel free to contact us as we carry spares and have the know how to sort out most issues.
Currently the only form of payments accepted are bank transfers, EFTPOS and Visa/Mastercard and cash. All transactions are in New Zealand dollars only. Account Details are:

Clients are welcome to pick up their purchase we are located in at 26 Ti Rakau Drive, Pakuranga, and pickups can be done between the hours of 9am – 5.00pm weekdays and Saturdays and Sundays 10 till 3pm unless otherwise arranged.
G.S.T. Tax Invoices
We are a registered company and will provide a G.S.T. Tax invoice for purchases made.
Unless otherwise stated in our listings ALL of our products sold come with a written warranty period (return to base at purchasers cost) which will vary depending on the item. If you have an issue please contact us during business hours and we will handle the situation from there. We will cover courier costs that may be incurred in the unlikely event you receive an item and it is faulty upon receipt, however under normal warranty claims returning of the faulty item will be at your expense. We will repair replace or refund at our discretion.
Our preferred shipping courier is Courier Poste. Most items arrive overnight, though south island deliveries can take a extra day or so. Please DO NOT sign for your goods until you have inspected the contents. Any goods signed for that are later found to be damaged cannot be claimed on. If your goods do arrive damaged, DO NOT sign and contact us immediately. Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon payment of goods and goods being shipped from our premises.
