Payment: Payment instructions will be sent after all auctions and payment must be made within 7days of auctions closing. We welcome bids on multiple auctions up to 4 unless otherwise arranged in which case payment must be made with 7 days of the last auction finishing.
TAX/GST: Invoices are provided upon request.

Delivery: We use Courier Post .We will combine postage on some auctions. As some of our fabrics are bulky we are happy to quote freight cost before payment. Our aim is to dispatch goods within the next working day after payment is received. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU USE THE CORRECT AUCTION NUMBER AS A REFERENCE WHEN MAKING PAYMENT -This will ensure that you goods are shipped to you a.s.a.p. and will save any confusion.
Eft-pos & credit card payments are available for Pickups from our Hamilton warehouse.
Refunds and returns: We guarantee all our fabrics are free from flaws and faults UNLESS specified. We try to get the best colour match possible in our fabric photos. If you have any concerns please contact us before placing feedback and we will put it right.
Privacy: Your details will not be passed onto any third parties under any circumstances and no credit card details are kept on file.
