Make no mistake, there are possibly more competitively priced Asian imports of similar products to be found in the New Zealand marketplace but Beurer products are far superior in reliability and build quality and are backed with a full guarantee.

We do not offer below reserve price, and we do not offer items to watchers after the auction closes.
Please read our terms and conditions below carefully - particularly regarding returns and refunds. We cannot accept responsibility for errors made when purchasing. With regret, we are unable to provide assistance with Beurer products which have not purchased directly through us.

Store Policies

All our electrical products have been tested by Spectrum Laboratories in Auckland and have SDOC's.

Heating Pads are NOT hand warmers, they are supposed to be used for your body only.

Why does my heat pad  not get hot enough?
 
Heat pad:
 
Depending on the heat pad model and method of use, it can sometimes take up to 20 minutes after it has been switched on before the heat pad becomes warm to the touch at the highest setting. The maximum final temperature is reached after approx. 30 minutes at the earliest.
 
How high is the final temperature?
 
The maximum temperature that can be reached depends on many factors, including the product heat pad the model (e.g. with or without automatic cutoff) and the room temperature.
 
It is therefore possible only to give average values obtained under standardised conditions at a room temperature of 20°C +/- 5°C.
Different measurement conditions are specified for each product.
The individual values can therefore not be compared with one another.

Heat pad:  70°C - 75°C 

Our humidifiers are for use with pure water only. If you use other substances in them this will cause them to become faulty.

Despatch

Goods will be only despatched once payment is showing in our account.

Normal delivery is expected to be next day but may be longer depending on the time of your order and your location in New Zealand. All parcels being sent out will require a signature. This doesn't apply for rural delivery. North Island rural delivery is generally two days and South Island rural delivery can be four days.

Important: Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please ensure that we have your full bonafide postal address.

Return To Base Policy

Please e-mail us immediately in the unlikely event of a product malfunction, and let us know what the problem is. We will gladly replace faulty items after determining the cause of the malfunction. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Items deemed to be faulty must be returned to us immediately. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund return shipping costs.

Please note: We only accept the return of goods that have been purchased directly from Beurerproducts.

Refunds

Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene concerns and the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds for items that are deemed unsuitable or that have been purchased in error. This is regardless of whether the item has been removed from the original packaging or not.
Please choose wisely and carefully. You may of course call us for assistance or advice prior to making any purchase.

We do not offer replacement for items that are damaged by the buyer.

Guarantees

All Beurer products purchased from us are guaranteed. Please refer to the original packaging for details.
If product is onsold guarantee is void as we cannot offer guarantee on second-hand products.

  • All Beurer Products have three years warranty only hardware

No warranties apply to spare parts such as:

  • Infrared Lamps no warranty on bulbs
  • Bloodpressure monitors no warranty on cuffs
  • Heart rate monitors no warranty on the wristband  etc
  • Nebulizers no warranty on Hoses, Masks, Mouthpieces etc 

    NOTE: Please read the instructions carefully when cleaning the mesh nebulizer. Using soap of any description to clean can cause damage or a malfunction that is not covered under warranty.

  • No warrantees on attachments

By purchasing any product from Our Store you are deemed to have read and fully understood our terms and conditions and in so doing you have agreed to abide by them.

International Customers

We welcome orders from customers worldwide.
We are also happy to take orders from New Zealand customers who would like us to ship their goods to international addresses. However, to facilitate this we must pass on the air-freight charges to those customers.
Due to variations and fluctuations in postage or courier charges, please contact us to obtain a quote BEFORE you order any product that is to be shipped overseas.

  • No change is given if goods of a lesser value than the voucher are purchased.
  • Beurer Products accepts no responsibility for lost , stolen or damaged vouchers.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will only be replaced to the original purchaser (upon proof of purchase).
