He won our auction on 08 May then changed his mind about the item, after being reminded of his obligations to complete the deal he sent an email saying he would go ahead with the deal. About three weeks later the deal was still not completed so appropriate feedback was placed on him. Now he places negative feedback on us I'm guessing because we didn't send him an email saying YES PLEASE COMPLETE THE DEAL LIKE YOU SAID YOU WOULD??? I guess you just can't win them all :-O
