| | Was very happy with the goods but just questioned the postage. Paid within 24hrs after being told postage costs yet they squeezed it into a smaller bag which cost less. They thought including a "gift" made this ok. it is not a gift when it is being paid for by the difference in postage cost. They offered a refund of the whole trade if I sent everything back but why would I do this, I was happy with the goods and I would be end up being out of pocket with nothing to show for it. It made no sense |

| | Very happy with item but very annoyed with postage side of trade - quoted me for one size bag but had none of that size, so squeezed items into a smaller bag but instead of refunding the difference they included a "gift". It is not a gift if you are paying for it. :( Something to think about for future trades |

| | Its unfortunately run out of a particular sized postage bag but we pride ourselves on prompt delivery after payment. Regrettably in doing so and even with the inclusion of a gift this customer was not satisfied. We offered total refund as well but you can't please all customers all of the time. Still best wishes for 2017. |
