Customers are welcome to pick up their purchase at our local physical store. Please do let us know in advance by phone, text, and or email.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- If a particular Listing does not contain any Warranty information then we automatically provide a 30day Return to Base Warranty.
- The Buyer must Check the Item Immediately and Report any Damages or Faults to the Seller by Email within 3 days of receiving the item. Discount bazaar reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
- Discount bazaar will Replace or Repair where possible or a Refund will be offered where a replacement is not available.
- Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
- All accessories and bonus items are not covered by warranty. E.g. Carry Bags, etc…
- Normal Wear & Tear.
- Misuse, Abuse or Use of a Product for which it was Not Designed.
- Neglect and Careless Storage.
- Unauthorised Repairs.
- The Buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by Email within 48hrs of receiving the item. Discount bazaar reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
- Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the Buyer as proof of damage.
- The Buyer is liable for the Return Costs of Faulty/Damaged Products under Warranty.
- Discount bazaar is liable for sending the Replacement item Back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not to be faulty.
- Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
- Discount bazaar must receive all returns within 14 days from accepted delivery. If an item is returned after the 14 days from accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame. Item returns to be approved and authorized by Seller before an arranged return is executed.
- Refunds will only be offered on items that cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
- Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind.
- Original Postage / Courier Charges are non-refundable.
