Downstage theatre is an intimate funky theatre in the heart of Courtenay Place. We partner with Wellington’s and New Zealand’s most exciting theatre and musical practitioners to provide audiences with vivid theatrical experiences, memorable human connections that only a live performance can provide. We partner with some of Wellington’s finest restaurants so your Downstage ticket also entitles you to discounts and incentives ranging from a free glass of wine through to a percentage off your bill. Store Policies

All items sold can be paid for and collected from our box office. Box Office hours: Monday – Friday – 9am to 6pm, or until show start Saturday -12pm to 6pm, or until show start Sunday – closed Refund Policy: No refunds, no exchanges except in accordance with the Fair Trading and Consumer Guarantees Act. Shipping: Preferably all tickets and items will be collected from our box office. Shipping can be arranged on request. Privacy: Your details will not be passed onto any 3rd party and we take all reasonable steps to keep your details private and confidential. As part of our customer loyalty program, we will retain your e-mail address to follow up on customer satisfaction or on how we can make your shopping experience with us more enjoyable. Payment Methods: We prefer all payment to be made through our Box Office. Full payment must be received within 5 days of Auctions closing.
