Return Policy

Customers are entitled to a FULL REFUND if product received is not as described on auction page.
Goods are not returnable if you change your mind.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction; we will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.


All orders will be shipped within 24hrs of next business day after receiving payment.
Delivery to RURAL addresses and remote areas can add additional cost to the delivery price quoted and customers who live in these regions need to be aware their delivery times may take longer, up to 7 business days.
Shipping is not available during public holidays or weekend.
We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in delivery. However we would gladly help or offer advice within our ability, please do inform us of the incident immediately.
