Our trailers are specifically designed with the needs of New Zealanders in mind, catering for almost any application; single-axle trailers, tandem trailers, and tilting trailers, and most trailers can be fitted with a cage as an option. Our Horse Floats come in a range of sizes suitable for 2 or 3 horses – each float is of the highest specification with an array of luxury options usually only available on the most expensive of floats. When you buy from Elite Trailers & Floats, you are buying direct from a 100% New Zealand owned company. We cut out the costs of high overheads and retail mark-ups and pass the savings directly on to you. Our main trailer assembly plant and showroom is based in Christchurch. We can deliver virtually anywhere in New Zealand. Completing Your Purchase You must make contact with us within 3 days of winning an auction and payment must be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Payment Options: Manual Credit Card Payment Please phone us on 0800 222 172. Only VISA and MasterCard credit cards can be accepted. Direct Credit Orders paid for using this method will be shipped upon confirmation that your payment has been received. Payments normally take around 24 hours to reach our bank account. Cheque Please allow up to 5 business days for your cheque to clear after which your order will be shipped as per the delivery times detailed below. Delivery Times All orders are shipped using Track and Trace. Delivery nationwide typically takes 3-4 working days. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within the specified timeframes you will be notified by email or phone of the new delivery time. Damages or Loss in Transit Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the respective carrier as follows:
Warranty Unless otherwise stated, all trailers & floats come with a warranty against defective parts and workmanship. Trailers & floats which are proven to be defective within the stated warranty period of the date of invoice will be repaired or replaced free of charge when the trailer is returned to Elite Trailers & Floats Ltd. (Freight paid by purchaser.) The warranty does not apply if damage is caused through improper use of the trailer supplied. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid Elite Trailers & Floats Ltd. invoice. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Elite Trailers & Floats Limited be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
