Our fully qualified technicians in our Service Centre carry out all warranty and maintenance work, keeping costs to a minimum. We can diagnose any problem and do all repairs ourselves. To complete your purchase: Thank you in advance for your purchase. You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made with Fitness Imports) Payment Options: Online Credit Card Payment On completion of your auction or “buy now” you will be emailed a confirmation of purchase. Please click on the link, this will take you through to the secure automated credit card payment page. Direct Credit Payment It can take up to 48 hours for transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased items as soon as the payment has appeared in our account. Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning. Public holidays also may add an extra working day. Please put the auction number as a banking reference. Payments should be made to the following account:
Pick Up: You are welcome to organize with Fitness Imports to pick up goods from their showroom. 37 Omega Street, Albany Auckland Delivery Times: Our aim is to ship all goods within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. All orders are shipped using Track and Trace and require a signature upon delivery. A daytime contact phone number is required. PO Box delivery addresses are not accepted. Orders confirmed and paid for before 1pm will normally be dispatched on the same working day. Orders confirmed and paid for after 1pm will normally be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow an extra one or two working days for rural deliveries and around Public Holidays. Damages or lost in Transit: Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the respective carrier as follows:
Return of Goods: Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind, so please take time to purchase carefully.
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated, all goods come with a one (1) year warranty. Parts which are proven to be defective within one year or within the stated warranty period of the date of invoice will be repaired or replaced when the parts are returned to Fitness Imports. Parts & goods must be returned to Fitness Imports Albany store at the buyer's expense. Repaired or replacement parts & goods will be returned to the buyer at Fitness Imports expense. The warranty does not apply if damage is caused through improper use of the goods supplied. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid Fitness Imports invoice. Limitation of Liability Users of Fitness Imports goods should consult their health professionals prior to using any such equipment. Buyers should inspect and read any instructions and take all necessary care and precaution prior to assembly of such equipment. Fitness Imports shall in no event be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage arising from the purchase and use of their products. Feedback: Please view our feedback. It gives good assurance of our customers' opinions of our standard of service. We encourage feedback within the Trade Me community. We will place feedback on all completed auctions. If you are satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate you doing the same. Please email or call us to resolve any dispute prior to posting a negative or neutral feedback. Negative feedback does not help resolve an issue whereas a phone call or email will. Please remember that Fitness Imports does not make the actual delivery.
