Welcome to Fragrance Outlet

Fragrance Outlet is New Zealand’s largest collection of Branded perfumes & cologne based in Auckland. We were established online in 2005 and have been selling only Branded perfumes. We opened our retail store in the Fox Outlet Centre, Northcote,Auckland in 2009. We carry all the stock in our store.

Fragrance Outlet specializes in rare to find perfumes in NZ. We are very popular with our regular customers for variety and prices. We have over 90% repeat customers. Our customers spread the word about us to family and friends. We only do perfumes therefore we do it best. We do not sell electronics or watches, Just perfumes.

Customer Service

We ensure to answer all queries within 24 hours. We are a NZ owner operator company so you can only expect the best customer care. We have over 6 years of experience with perfumes. We can also assist you in choosing the right perfume, if you can advise us of your favorite perfumes of your past. We have knowledge of the various different styles of perfumes like Fresh, Woody, Floral, Spicy, Oriental, etc.

In case, there is a problem with the purchase, Please contact us immediately. Give us the opportunity to make things right for you.

Pick-ups

Pick-ups can be done from the store in the Fox Outlet Centre, Northcote. Pick-ups can also be organised from home in Sandringham area. Please call or email us to organise this 24 hours prior to pick because not all stock is at both places. Only, cash on pick up.

Payment & Delivery

Payment must be made within 5 days of purchasing goods unless by prior arrangement. Payment may also be made by direct credit, VISA or MasterCard, via pay now on Trade Me.Once the payment is sighted, your goods will be dispatched as per listing and a tracking number will be emailed.

Laybys

Laybys are available upon request. T&C for Laybys.

For purchases under $100, 3 weeks laybys available.

For purchases over $200, 4 weeks laybys available.

Please pay 20% deposit and the rest within the specified period depending on the value of the purchase. The deposit 20% is non-refundable should the trade not be completed.
