Hi and welcome to Happy Kiwi Shop. We are a kiwi owned and operated spa pool and swimspa business giving the customer best value for money spas and pools on the New Zealand market. We have years and years of spa pool experience and 1000s of happy kiwis enjoying our value for money spa pools.

We have a warehouse, showroom as well as a full service department in Auckland. We service spas inhouse New Zealand wide with qualified technicians. We can deliver in Auckland with own hiab crane trucks or special spa trailers with trolleys. If out of Auckland we can deliver to your door with our quality nz wide freight fowarders that do a wonderfull job at a affordable price.
Our spas are New Zealand government certified for quality and safety bringing our customers peace of mind.

Happy Kiwi are also the proud distributor of stunning wine cellars and beer display fridges at a very affordable price as well as fun fun boys and girls toys.

Store Policies

Payments
We ask for payment within 3 working days after auction finishes.

The following are accepted:
Visa / Mastercard / Eftpos / Internet Banking / Cash / Cheque (subject to clearing our account before delivery). Please note we don’t accept Amex or Diners

All prices are GST inclusive. GST invoices are available upon request for all purchases.

Shipping
We use bullet Freight for all our deliveries nationwide. Please ask us for a quotation.
Approx delivery times are up to 4 days north island, 6 days south island. Rural deliveries could be slightly longer. Please ensure you include a contact phone number with your delivery address instructions.

Damage
If your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will advise you of your con-note number and how to claim on the freight company directly. If there is visable damage when you receive the goods, please note this on the delivery docket it will assist you in the event of a claim. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit.

Warranty Policy
  1. The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to Happy Kiwi Ltd by email within 48 hours of receiving the item. Happy Kiwi Ltd reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
  2. The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty product to Happy Kiwi Ltd.
  3. Contact must be made directly with Happy Kiwi Ltd for approval prior to returning.
  4. Happy Kiwi Ltd reserves the right to repair the faulty product or replace or offer refund at Happy Kiwi Ltd’s discretion.
  5. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer
  6. Warranty valid in New Zealand only
  7. Warranty is valid for private use only
Warranty Does Not Cover:
  • Normal wear & tear.
  • Damage from using goods for a purpose for which they were not designed.
  • Damage from neglect or careless storage.
  • Unauthorised repairs carried out.
Replacement Policy:
  1. The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to Happy Kiwi Ltd by email within 48 hours of receiving the item. Happy Kiwi Ltd reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
  2. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damage.
  3. The buyer is liable for the return costs of faults/damaged products under the warranty.
  4. Happy Kiwi Ltd is liable for sending the replacement item back to the buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyers expense.
  5. Products must be returned with all accessories including original packaging materials, cartons and boxes.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be offered on items that can not be repaired or at Happy Kiwi Ltd’s discretion.
Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind, or if the item is “not what you expected”.
Original shipping /postage charges are non-refundable.

Pricing Errors:

Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
