Pick ups:
Pick up and payment can be made during our normal business hours from our central Otahuhu location Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 Pm Saturday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm payment can be made at my counter via Cash / Eftpos / Credit card
Please call before you collect as prior arrangement is required.

Pease include the auction reference number in your deposit details. It may take a couple of days for me to see your payment in my bank account due to bank clearance times please email me once payment has been made to speed up process
Part payments or deposits are non refundable
Time payment is not an option we offer we expect total payment with in 7 days of auction close unless other wise arranged.
Freight:
Large items shipping charges are based on delivery to a business address with lifting equipment to remove from a large truck or collect from depot
Day time contact phone is required for freight company to arrange suitable delivery time
Small items are sent via NZ Couriers via signature required tickets
Tracking of Product:
Track and trace is available on all items concerns about product being misplaced or not arrived during delivery time stated please contact us to follow up late deliveries.
Warranty:
All goods, unless stated otherwise, are warranted to fulfill the specifications listed in our auctions, and to perform the tasks for which they are intended.
All of our parts are sold with a specified warranty period. This will vary depending on the part purchased.
We operate within the rules of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will provide a remedy under that act if the goods are faulty.
All sales are final and we strive to provide quality products, reliable service, and fast delivery, Goods are not returnable if you change your mind.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction; in the unlikely event that an item is faulty warranty is applied as return to the base, Any defective unit must be returned to Japanese Spares Ltd for assessment at customer's cost before it can be considered for warranty, prior arrangement is required.
Please email us to resolve any dispute prior posting a negative or neutral feedback, we consider any transaction finalized once a negative feedback is posted. Further assistance or facility will automatically be withdrawn
We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be decline automatically
Engine Warranty:
Engine warranty will be VALID subject to change of new water pump, new cam belt, tensioner, thermostat, all oil seals - camshaft, crankshaft, front and rear main seal, new oil, oil filter, anti-freeze, radiator serviced by radiator specialist, 90% of engine failure is caused by overheating. Warranty covers parts or exchange of the long block assembly only. provided it has been fitted correctly and has not been subject to abuse, overheating, dismantled, stripped, modified, altered or used in any way other than the same application intended by the original manufacturer. The recipient vehicle must also be as per manufacturer’s original specification Any damage caused by the failure of accessory or ancillary parts will not be covered by this warranty Any defective unit must be returned to Japanese Spares Ltd for assessment before it can be considered for warranty. The warranty is VOID if the unit is overheated, run low on oil, or otherwise abused. Receipts of parts purchased for warranty conditions will be required.
The condition of cam belt, oil, oil seals, all filters, sparkplugs, clutch system and the tuning of the engine are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Our liability is to supply a replacement engine only, or parts to repair engine not exceeding the purchase price. All labour and consumables are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty for any goods altered or tampered with will not be accepted.
