That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a full refund for any products that you're not happy with.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Can I return or exchange items that I buy online at K&K retail stores?

You can exchange an item that you have bought on Trade Me at any of our retail stores if the item has not been worn, is in a saleable condition and you take your confirmation email along with you. Unfortunately we will not refund Trade Me orders returned to store, they will need to be sent back to us.
