You will receive an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and maximum of 7 working days after auction closes (delivery will be delayed if payment was made with no reference).
We prefer payment to be made by Bank deposit using Internet Banking or Pay Now.
We will accept Cheques, however goods will be held until the cheque has cleared. This can take up to 5 business days.
Efpos/Credit Card/Cash payment is available at our retail shop.
All goods, unless stated otherwise, are warranted to the specifications listed in our adverts, and to perform the tasks for which they are intended.
All of our parts are sold with a specified warranty period. This will vary depending on the part purchased.
We must be immediately notified if any part is found to be defective.
We inspect all returned parts. If a part is found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse the warranty will be void.
If you have a problem please contact us immediately and we will handle the situation from there. We will repair, replace or refund product at our discretion.
In some auctions we offer the right of return especially when an item is such that it cannot be adequately described or visualized using the Trade Me listing.
We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or because the item was not what you thought it was or what you expected it to be.
In any warranty or return situation we comply with all relevant New Zealand Consumer laws.

We encourage feedback within the Trade Me membership. We will place feedback on all completed auctions. If you are satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate you doing the same.

We respect privacy and confidentiality. Personal details you provide are appropriately treated. We are aware of our obligations and the trust you place in us. Your details will never be provided to a third party.
Please check what shipping options and costs are available on the auction. Parts will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
The majority of our smaller items are shipped via overnight on Courier Post/Fastway Courier Track 'n' Trace.
Larger items are shipped by the suitable courier depending on the part size and weight. These items will take longer to deliver.
Delivery to rural addresses and remote areas can add additional cost to the delivery price quoted and customers who live in these regions need to be aware their delivery times may be longer.
Please open and inspect all parcels before signing for the courier delivery. We cannot be responsible for damage in transit so always inspect the parcel before signing.

Please email us to resolve any dispute prior to posting a negative or neutral feedback, we consider the transaction finalized once a negative feedback is posted. Further assistance or opportunity to resolve an issue will automatically be withdrawn while negative feedback is in place.
