Emails, questions & queries are answered Monday to Friday. Due to the large volume of emails our reply may take up to 2 working days. If you have not received a response within this time frame then please check your junk folder.
We use CourierPost to send you your order. We love CourierPost. Not only are they really fast but they also deliver to PO Boxes. So if you're not going to be on hand to take delivery and you have a PO Box - we encourage you to use it. We've also found CourierPost are brilliant at delivering to the South Island...
Once we ship you your order we'll email you the details so that you'll be able to see the status of your shipment by using the CourierPost Track and Trace facility on-line. (Note: We ship to New Zealand only).
Shipment is made after payment has been confirmed.
Deliveries require a signature on arrival. If no one is home during the day then we recommend using your work address to avoid having to chase up the courier.

Please make your payment in full within 3 working days. Include the exact auction reference number on your deposit to avoid confusion and to ensure that your delivery is made as quickly as possible. We’ve found that it can take a couple of days for the payment to appear depending on which bank you use.

- For Pickup we accept cash, Eftpos, MasterCard & Visa.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements
Our mission at Marine Deals is to give you quality products at really low prices. To do this we try to keep all costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers and do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. So please choose your purchase carefully.
Our policy is to support the standard manufacturer warranty. Most products come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty however please check each listing carefully for the correct warranty type and period.
We do not pay for shipping costs of returning items to our warehouse.
If the goods have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so that a claim can be lodged. We ask that you check your goods in full within 24 hours of receipt.
