About the Store
Who is the Muscular Dystrophy Association? We are a national not-for-profit organisation devoted to supporting New Zealanders with neuromuscular conditions and their families. The MDA endeavours to ensure our members have unrestricted opportunities to achieve their full potential. We have four branches throughout the country to support our members and rely on donations and grants to fund our services. We provide support, information, and advocacy through our national office and largely through our field worker service, the people out on the road everyday travelling to see our member’s. There are over 60 different types of Muscular Dystrophy and related neuromuscular conditions, they are unpredictable, can affect people in all walks of life, and as yet there is no cure. Making the MDA’s support all the more important to our members. Store Policies
Payment: Goods to be paid for within 5 working days using the payment methods listed below, otherwise items may be relisted. Direct Credit details: Will be supplied to winning bidder and please note items can only be collected upon arrangement and following 24hrs after the deposit has shown in our nominated account. Cash: Upon pre-arranged pick up from the National Office in Morningside, Auckland. Please bring exact amount, no cash is kept on the premises. Registered Bank Cheque: This option is available on selected auctions only and will be listed where applicable. Shipping: Shipping is only available on certain listings in our store and is at the buyer’s expense so please shop with this in mind. Please shop carefully, items are represented to the best of our ability and are bid on as is, where is. To make it as easy, where possible bidders are welcome to view items at the National Office in Morningside Auckland, during business hours (by arrangement only please). |
