Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 7 days after auction closes (unless arrangement has been made prior). Internet banking - you can make a deposit directly into our bank account. Payments normally take around one working day to show in our bank account. Please note that payments made over a weekend will not show in our account until Tuesday morning. Public holidays may add an extra working day. Please remember to send your delivery address, including all the necessary information we need to dispatch your purchase ASAP! Cheque: This is a slow method and not encouraged as it delays the dispatch of your goods. Please allow 5 business days for your cheque to clear. We will then ship your order after this time. Please see below for our delivery times. Please include your name, address, phone number and your auction number on the back of the cheque. Credit Card: Credit Card is available for orders over $80.00 only. Only VISA and MasterCard credit cards can be accepted. (In store only) Lay by: Lay by over 28 Days is available on items over $50 at our discretion. Please ask before bidding Delivery: We will ship the goods as soon as the payment comes through. We use Fast-way Courier for all orders. We undertake the risk during delivery for you. If you receive the goods damaged, we will ship you another one free of charge or a refund. We combine freight if items are sent FROM & TO the same location provided they are paid for at the same time. Return Or Refund Policy: All goods are closely inspected prior to shipping / collection. In the unlikely event that there are any problems with our products, Digipower CO NZ Ltd will refund, repair or replace goods, at our discretion. In the event that an item is faulty, we will replace the item, or if we cannot replace, a refund will be given. All courier charges are non-refundable. We do not refund for 'change of mind' or if the item was 'not what you expected', please ensure that you have asked all relevant questions before placing your bid. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems. Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in our auctions, our products sold come with a 3-month warranty period. (see auction details) This will vary depending on the item purchased. If you have an issue please contact us during business hours and we will handle the situation from there. under normal warranty claims returning of the faulty item will be at your expense. We will repair replace or refund at our discretion. This warranty applies only to manufacturer's defects and does not cover general wear and tear, improper use, damage caused through neglect or poor storage, or damage caused through unauthorised repairs. Privacy: Under no circumstances will we disclose private details to a third party. All information provided to Digipower CO NZ Ltd is considered private and confidential. |
