Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction closing.

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is, include: Invoice Number, Item Description, Code Number, Date of Purchase, Price Paid and a contact phone number, at least sent 2 photos to us. New Generation will contact you within 2 working days with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. Please check the INSURANCE for Shipping damaged by vanity & shower purchased. *Shipping Policy OWN RISK. NOT COVER ANY SHIPPING INSURANCE *Warranty The bidder must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase. The mixer comes with 5 year warranty; the manufacture warranty is only for the ceramic cartridge. 2 year warranty for the part of the hardware. Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. We cannot pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installation. Please contact us for details of our warranty policy.
