Our aim is to provide quality product and a good range to suit everyone at affordable prices. A majority of our stock is designed by us and solely manufactured for New Zealand Fashion. We work hard to make your purchase quick and hassle free. If you encounter any problems we like to solve them quickly so please contact us right away. Store Policies

Payment: Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent to all Winning Bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days unless you prefer our layby options. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end.
Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning.
Public holidays also may add an extra working day.

TAX/GST: Invoices are provided upon request.

Delivery Times
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day we receive payment. Please provide your PHYSICAL address and land line phone number. Most freight is done through FASTWAY Couriers who will not deliver to PO BOXES. Please email us if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times below:

1-2 working days within the North Island
2-3 working days to the South Island
2-5 working days rural delivery & within outer islands (ie: Stewart Island, Waiheke Island etc).
We also ship to Australia. Please enquire for postal rates.

Track and Trace
Track and trace service is available on all parcels - www.fastway.co.nz - we will provide you with your tracking number if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times above. Please email us to receive this.

Refund Policy
  1. We are not obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase or it is not as you expected or imagined which includes colour. Please note: the colour you see on your screen depends on your screen settings. So please choose carefully.
  2. Refunds will not be offered if the item has been used.
  3. Original Postage / Courier Charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  4. In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will only be available if the item can not be repaired or replaced. Items should be unused and in original packaging.
